  1. The global village is not created by the motor car 
  2. or even by the airplane. It‚Äôs created by instant 
  3. electronic information movement. The electronic 
  4. environment makes an information level outside 
  5. the school that is far higher than the information 
  6. level inside the school. In the 19th century the 
  7. knowledge inside the school was higher than the 
  8. knowledge outside. Today it‚Äôs reversed. A child 
  9. knows that in going to school, he is in a sense, 
  10. interrupting his education. He goes into an 
  11. environment where the information levels are 
  12. much lower, the lowest in the world, (than) 
  13. outside the classroom.
